However, lab orders can be billed through your insurance provider. Our monthly fee can be conveniently paid with any major credit card or health savings debit card. * Includes a one-hour initial consult with a medical provider, electronic lab order, lab interpretation, typed custom plan of care with detailed recommendations to address any noted deficiencies or sub-optimal levels, one hour follow-up with a medical provider for a detailed review of lab results and plan of care. We also set up a Wellavate account for each patient with recommended supplements (vitamins/micronutrients), including a 10% discount. Copies of lab results and recommended care plans are provided to each patient.
